Light Sponge Cakes
This is one of our most popular lines, we sell thousands every year!!! Continually praised by our clients, this light but moist sponge is a sandwich of 2 layers filled with lashings of apricot jam and our delicious butter-cream, then covered with sugar-paste and finished with royal icing. Available in 5 round shaped sizes, as detailed below, these are great for any occasion. A chocolate version of the light sponge is also available.

Madeira Sponge Cakes
Our madeira sponge has a closer, more velvety texture than our light sponge, and as with the light sponge, 2 layers of madeira sponge are sandwiched with lashings of apricot jam and our delicious butter-cream, we then cover with a marzipan and sugar-paste layer. Madeira sponges are also iced to the edge of the cake-board which allows for a more contemporary decorative finish. Available in 5 sizes in square, oblong, round, heart, hexagonal, petal or oval shapes, prices as detailed below.

Chocolate Fudge Cakes
Our chocolate fudge cake is based on an American recipe and gives a rich, moist and intense chocolate flavour. Sandwiched as with our other sponge options and available in the same style and sizes/shapes as our madeira sponge, serving 25 portions upwards, prices as detailed below.

Fruit Cakes
Our scrumptouis rich fruit cake is made to an award winning recipe, with a distinct but subtle flavour and a beautiful moist texture.
